The fee is collected in full at the beginning of each session. I accept personal checks credit/debit cards, or cash, at the time of your session, or you can pay ahead of time with your credit card. PLEASE NOTE: processing fees have been added to all online purchase options.
I charge an hourly rate on a prorated basis for other professional services you may request. This includes report writing, telephone conversations which last longer than 10 minutes, and attendance at meetings or consultations with other professionals you have authorized.
Q. Will my health insurance cover my visits?
Probably. Most insurance health plans will pay a significant portion of therapy services, but coverage varies with each plan. To find out your plan's coverage just contact me and have your insurance card handy, and I'll contact them for you.
Q. What if I have to cancel or I miss my appointment?
In the event that an appointment must be missed, please give me 24 hour notice. Appointments that are missed (no show) or notified with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged the full session fee. Clients who are late to scheduled appointments will be charged the full-session fee. Please note, insurance coverage does not pay for missed sessions so you will be responsible for the fee.
